The basis behind this movie is John Travolta and Pheobie (from Friends) rig the lotto. It sounds super cheesy and goofy. This movie was really only 15 minute of lotto rigging, and then 1.5 hours of crazy nonsense.

They successfully rig the lotto (they both work for the TV studio) using some sort of metal paint on the numbers, therefore they can't claim their own ticket since that would be too suspicious. Of course, the person who was going to claim it for them gets greedy (Michael Moore of all people!) ... then somebody else gets greedy ... somebody dies ... more greediness ... etc!

This movie wasn't half bad! About 1/2 way thru, the supporting cast gets larger and larger. And all the supporting actors are super famous people! It all seemed really random. And Pheobie (from Friends) was actually pretty funny in this movie. She always plays a flakey ditz, but she's a good, talented flakey ditz. I say check it out on cable if you're bored.
